Overview:
HR (Human Resources) specialist at PSdigital Their key role is in recruiting, screening, interviewing, processing, and training new hires. They also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and have strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Responsibilities:
- Develop, advise on, and implement the company policies.
- Coordinate and administer employee programs, including benefits, compensation, and workplace safety.
- Manage staffing logistics, including managing job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Assist with employee relations issues such as work complaints or other employee concerns.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Skills and Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of proven experience as an HR specialist or HR generalist.
- Detailed knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Degrees in Human Resources or related fields and HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM) may be preferred.

Duties:

You will work closely with our Design Unit to develop content strategies, create engaging and compelling content, and serve as the voice of the brand on social media. This is a dynamic role that requires strong strategic thinking, copywriting, creative, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging content for all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Develop a content calendar and strategy aligned with the company's broader marketing initiatives

- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
