The WhatTexas Chicken

New brand identity, mobile application, E-commerce website, digital campaigns.

The Objective

PSdigital was tasked with managing brand localization of Texas Chicken in the Middle East and Asia. Also, we were asked to develop a sales app that caters to 16 different countries and fulfills the task of online ordering, and to build a responsive informative E-commerce website. With the general overarching objective of increasing sales and awareness among the target demographic, fans, and potential new customers through digital campaigns.

The Solution

For the new brand identity, an entire Arabic guide was developed, it includes logo, channel letters, brand communication collaterals and introduced – for the first time – an animated instore menu board that showcases products in motion and rotates to displaying more varieties of products. A strategy that accommodates the life cycle of a customer at the store was developed to account for time for product awareness, consideration of options, and action to order. Ensuring that communication is bilingual serving diverse target segments in the region.

 

PSdigital also designed and developed a regional App for Africa and the Middle East under one umbrella, serving 16 countries with functionality and features that create a seamless customer journey. The app generates customizable E-coupons that provide users with offers.
